Bringing You the Gift of Yoga

Welcome! At Yoga by Kaylan my goal is to offer you a broad range of yoga classes and services that will help you feel excited about yoga. Situated in Knoxville, TN, I incorporate a variety of practices in movement, breath, and meditation. I know that yoga is not a one size fits all exercise, so I incorporate many different modifications into my classes  for your needs. I firmly believe that yoga is for everyone and every body. Are you ready to make a positive change in your lifestyle?


Classes Offered

All classes include a range of postures for all levels and are taught by Kaylan Marsh 200 RYT. She takes pride in offering classes that are both dynamic and meditative, letting you move your body as well as still the mind.


Saturday Bends and Brews at Elst Brewery

Offered every Saturday at 11am, This is Yoga by Kaylan’s most popular class, and offers practitioners the opportunity to explore a wide range of poses and techniques. Together with the instructor’s guidance, you will be able to challenge yourself and reach all new heights. $5 class fee reserves a spot and in addition to the class, all patrons receive $1 off your first pint of beer. 


Sunday Bends and Brews Patio Yoga at Elst brewery

Join Kaylan for yoga on the Elst’s patio every Sunday at 11am, weather permitted (in case of bad weather, class will be moved indoors in the taproom). This class offers a calming end to your weekend, and start to your week ahead! The class fee is $5 and all patrons receive $1 off your first pint. 


Candlelit Yin

Ready to relax your mind and body while connecting your breath and movement? This Karma based (donate what you can) candlelit class starts at 7pm every Sunday evening at Evolve Nutrition and Yoga. This yummy yin combines meditation, deep stretches and restoration with assists from Kaylan offered throughout. If you are looking for a class that offers restful poses, stress relief and promotes deep sleep, this is the one for you!


Monday night 7:30 Heated Slow Flow

On Monday nights at 7:30 at Yoga Six Bearden- This class is a great way to dive into your wellness journey. Slow it down and connect breath with movement in Slow Flow. The heated room allows your muscles to relax and your stresses to melt away. Holding postures for a longer period of time gives space to dive deeper into modifications in postures and advanced poses. Your first class is always free!
